Mike Callaghan, Venture Partner – Saints Capital Dakota

Mr. Callaghan previously worked as a Managing Director at MDS Capital Corp, a health care and life science focused venture capital firm. In that capacity, he lead more than 30 investment transactions in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, health care information technology and health care service companies. Mr. Callaghan helped build assets under management at MDS Capital to $1 billion. Prior thereto, he held senior general management positions with a global consumer goods company. Mike began his career with Ernst & Young, where he became a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Callaghan currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for Laureate Pharma and is a board observer at MicroCHIPS.

Mr. Callaghan received a Masters in Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business of York University. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
